He also serves on the board of the Association of Scotland’s Self-Caterers, contributing to the wider development and representation of the industry.
Anya has spent the past five years working in operational leadership, including more than four years at HOKO where she progressed from Head of Operations to Operations Director. She now leads operations across Malyon Group and The Stay Co., bringing her experience in improving systems and managing fast-growing businesses into the short-term rental industry.
Rosalind brings more than a decade of experience across property management and short-term rentals giving her a strong understanding of both the property and operational sides of the industry. Now Operations Manager at Malyon Group, she brings that experience to the day-to-day management of The Stay Co.’s growing portfolio.
Rebecca brings nearly a decade of experience in promotional branding, working across brand, campaigns and customer experience. At The Stay Co, she applies that experience to the short-term rental sector, shaping everything from property positioning and guest touchpoints to owners and the wider brand experience.
CJ brings a mix of sales, marketing and hands-on hospitality experience to The Stay Co. Having run his own marketing business and worked in hospitality at major international events including Formula 1 and the Melbourne Cup, he now leads growth implementation at Malyon Group, turning new opportunities into properties that are ready to perform from day one.
Mercedes brings a background in luxury hospitality and customer experience to The Stay Co. Combined with her degree in International Business, she brings a strong understanding of premium service, client expectations and attention to detail. Now working across operations at Malyon Group, she helps deliver the day-to-day standards behind The Stay Co.’s guest experience and growing property portfolio.
